Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Custom orders may take longer based on design complexity and volume.
Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically reach within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee is applicable during checkout.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS/email so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

We want you to love every product you receive from us. However, in case you face any issue:

Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
How to File a Return: Email us at support@Dvineaura.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product for verification.
Refund or Replacement: After our team verifies the issue, a refund or replacement will be issued within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for customized, personalized, or bulk orders unless there is a manufacturing fault.
